How much grass can fit in a tonne bag?

A tonne bag can typically hold approximately 20 to 30 square meters of grass, depending on the pile height of the product.

Can used artificial grass from gardens go into a tonne bag?

No, only off-cuts from new artificial grass installations can be placed in a tonne bag. Used artificial grass from gardens cannot be accepted.

Can anything else bar artificial grass go into the tonne bags?

No, the tonne bag must only contain off-cuts from new artificial grass installations. It cannot be mixed with any other products. If the bag is contaminated, it will be returned to you, along with a £100 penalty charge.

What is the maximum roll size allowed when using the gate fee option?

The maximum size for rolls is 1.8 meters in width and 18 meters in length. Rolls that exceed these dimensions cannot be processed by our machines. Any rolls over these dimensions will be refused and returned to you at your own expense.

What are the sizes of the recycled boards?

The boards are 2400mm wide x 500m length x 19mm Depth.

How should I prepare my tonne bag before collection?

Before collection, ensure that the tonne bag is securely strapped to the pallet using the strap provided. Place the bag in an easily accessible location for the courier to collect.
